They never answer the phone, it’s hard to get ahold of them. And the security is way more intense than at bigger airports, sorta ridiculous they make you take out every single three ounce liquid you have.

Small, but efficient! Thorough, professional, neat and nice! Saves us a 2-3 hour trip to a larger airport, and the low price is awesome!!!

The airport staff themselves are very nice, but the flights back to Bradford from Pittsburgh are ALWAYS getting delayed and cancelled. I had a flight leaving Bradford the early morning after a winter storm that left the roads covered in ice and that flight to Pittsburgh was absolutely fine, but when it came to coming back to Bradford it got cancelled in weather that was literally fine. Maybe it’s Southern Airways Express but still. It’s ridiculous. I’ve lost all faith in this airline.

This airport is very nice. You can find flights to Pittsburgh a really lost cost and park your car free for an extended time. TSA scanning is really fast. The staff is very friendly and professional. If you are a pilot, you have fuel and deice service. Go fly!

Flight never leaves on time , pilots come in late, try to sand the runway 15 mins before take off. Yet, still have the nerve to tell you to be an hour early. You constantly sit in the lobby while all workers sit around and chat.
